Oracle cloud application is a complete and modular set of enterprise applications. It has all enhancement fillers within the business for the customer including HCM, Finance, Procurement, and many more. In a modular set, a customer can opt only for the specific modules as per the company’s requirement. Oracle Fusion application is an integrated business application that connects and automates the entire flow of the business process in addressing the needs of global enterprises.

Human Capital Management (HCM) is one of the cloud applications in the Oracle Fusion Suite. Human Resource Management System or Human Capital Management is the same. Oracle Cloud HCM delivers a solution that includes human resources, talent, and workforce management. With Oracle Cloud HCM users can create better resource plans, and drive employee alignment.

Users can work on the Oracle HCM application on desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
